Justice Surya Kant to Become 53rd Chief Justice of India

East Timor Becomes 11th ASEAN Member
InternationalWhat: East Timor (Timor-Leste) has become the 11th member of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN), fulfilling President José Ramos-Horta’s long-standing vision for regional integration. This marks ASEAN’s first expansion since Cambodia joined in 1999.
