Union Minister Dr. Mansukh Mandaviya inaugurated the Employees’ Enrolment Scheme – 2025 during the 73rd EPFO Foundation Day celebration in New Delhi.
The initiative allows employers to voluntarily register employees who were left out of EPF coverage between 1 July 2017 and 31 October 2025, thus ensuring past compliance under the EPF & MP Act, 1952.
- The scheme will remain open till 30 April 2026.
- Offers a waiver on the employee’s contribution for the declared period.
- Employers must deposit their share along with interest and nominal penalties.
- Aims to promote transparency, enhance EPF coverage, and formalize the workforce, aligning with the national vision of “Social Security for All.”
The Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) has unveiled Aadhaar Vision 2032, a futuristic plan to make Aadhaar more secure, smart, and globally competitive.
