Observed 13 April 2026. Religious significance: founding of Khalsa Panth by Guru Gobind Singh Ji (10th Sikh Guru) on 13 April 1699 at Anandpur Sahib. Established the Panj Pyare (Five Beloved Ones) and the Amrit Sansakar (Sikh baptism). Also marks Rabi (spring) harvest in Punjab/Haryana and solar New Year in the Bikrami calendar. 13 April 1919: Jallianwala Bagh Massacre anniversary.
