Cruise Bharat Mission – Gujarat First

New Caledonia’s New Status
France granted New Caledonia status as a “state within the French Republic”, providing more autonomy while maintaining French sovereignty. Following 2024 voting rights protests, this introduces New Caledonian nationality, dual citizenship, and plans for a fresh referendum.
