India is set to host the Asia Pacific Accident Investigation Group (APAC-AIG) Meeting and Workshop for the very first time from October 28–31, 2025.
The event will be organized by the Aircraft Accident Investigation Bureau (AAIB) under the Ministry of Civil Aviation.
Approximately 90 international investigators and ICAO (International Civil Aviation Organization) delegates are expected to participate in the workshop.
The inauguration will be conducted by Union Civil Aviation Minister Rammohan Naidu.

The Central Railway has officially renamed Aurangabad Railway Station to Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar Station, nearly three years after the city itself was renamed.
