    • Cotton-4 Initiative: The concept was introduced by the “Cotton-4” nations — Benin, Burkina Faso, Chad, and Mali — to bring global attention to the challenges faced by cotton-growing communities and emphasize the sector’s role in national and global economies.
    • First Celebration: The inaugural celebration took place on October 7, 2019, organized by the World Trade Organization (WTO) with support from FAO, UNCTAD, ITC, and ICAC.

UIDAI Removes Aadhaar Biometric Update Fees
